  • Work directly with the administration to schedule all events in 775 seat proscenium theater and 150 seat black box theater.
  • Support and maintain theater technology such as general lighting instruments, lighting consoles, sound boards, show control systems (like Q-Sys and Qlab), and train incoming contractors on the installed equipment.
  • Track budgets and keep spreadsheets updated with latest expenses.
  • Maintain production calendar on Google Workspace and arrange production meetings along with school events.
  • Work extensively in FMX Facilities Management Software to schedule, balance, and support arts events along with Pre-K through 12th-grade student and employee events.
